Planning Zoning Commission Suggests New Zoning Ordinance/Map

The ³Ô¹ÏÍø Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on the proposed update of the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Zoning Ordinance, which is currently known as Chapter 165 of the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Code or Ordinances.  At this hearing, residents and stakeholders will be given opportunity to comment on the draft ordinance.  Said comments will be considered by the commission as part of deliberations for the passage of the ordinance.  All comments, questions, and concerns are welcome.

The hearing will be held at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø community Center, 108 S. Chestnut Street, ³Ô¹ÏÍø, on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 7 PM.  The meeting location is fully handicap accessible.  If you cannot make the hearing, written comments can be made before the hearing to the City Clerk’s Office of the ³Ô¹ÏÍø at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø City Hall, 190 S. Chestnut, Street, ³Ô¹ÏÍø, Iowa.
